HOW AN ECO-FRIENDLY TOURIST BEHAVES
Eco-friendly rest is not only inaction, but also some actions towards nature conservation. Only we ourselves can make our vacation sustainable or ruin this idea in the bud even in the most eco-friendly place.

I'm sure you all know that you can't litter anywhere. But you can not be limited to this. Eco-tourists also collect garbage themselves. Going out in the morning for a walk or just seeing someone dropped a piece of paper, it is not at all challenging to pick it up and throw it into the trash can. Isn't it true?
Also, try to conserve nature in less obvious ways. After all, the less a person interferes with wildlife, the better. Therefore:
Skip hunting and safari. By themselves, these activities are not sustainable. Murder or rush for fun is not humane. Even if you are offered to hunt legally, with all permits, and to maintain the balance of the population, refrain, leave it to the professionals.

You definitely can't buy souvenirs made from bones, shells, skins, and other animal parts. Yes, they may look authentic, but the demand for such souvenirs provokes poaching. For the same reason, refrain from game dishes.
Stop the destruction of monuments. Taking away a pebble, shell, or a piece of rock as a keepsake is not a good idea for a souvenir—moreover, not only our compatriots but also all other tourists in this. Many sights and reserves often come up with "scary" legends that pebbles or other particles of a given place have power and can harm what has taken them away from their habitat. Therefore, remember the rule: do not take away from the excursion or walk more than what you brought with you.

And there is also the opposite rule: do not leave what you brought with you. And now I'm not talking about personal belongings, documents, or telephones. It is a shame to lose them on a trip, and therefore all tourists carefully monitor the safety of their belongings. I'm more about trash. Please do not leave trash after you. Take it with you or carry it to specially organized containers.
